My name is Joshua Lake.  I have a variety of interests that I hope to share with you here on this blog.  I love to take photos, write stories, watch movies, listen to music, and I am working on setting up a studio in my house to begin pod-casting.  I have a lot of things in this crazy head of mine and I hope you enjoy what you find here.  I will tell you that I can be kind of a nut sometimes and then on other occasions I can be emotional.

I am a Christian by faith and a scientist in study.  Yep that’s right I believe in science and in faith.  I believe we live in a world just waiting to be discovered and I am gonna unlock those mysteries.  I like to refer to myself as a modern renaissance man since I like to do a variety of activities and I always try to be the best I can be at whatever I attempt.

In work I currently act as the IT manager for a local company but I also work as a youth ministry leader at my congregation.  I love what I do and I hope you like what I have to share.

My wife and I are avid hockey fans and are regular season ticket holders to the OKC Barons since they launched in 2010.  If you ever catch us at a game feel free to say hi.  I’m the one you’ll find screaming at the ref.

Also I apparently when I grow up I am going to be a bull rider. Actually that sounds fun.  Yee Haw!
